Heather was wonderful to work with. Our trip was to Seattle and Orcas Island in Washington. She provided us with plenty of options for things to do, lodging, and food while we were planning our trip. She was very accessible and we were able to communicate with her whenever we needed to. She also ended up saving our trip. She had booked our ferry ride out to Orcas Island for us. When we reached Anacortes where the ferry was, she informed us that the ferry that day was cancelled, and we would have to wait until the next day to make it out. She found us a hotel in minutes in Anacortes and then not long after let us know that the ferry was operational again and we could make it to the island that night. We had never used a travel agent before and we weren't expecting that level of involvement with our trip. Her level of detail, planning, and punctuality were really apparent throughout the vacation. Without Heather, I think our trip would've been much more stressful and less memorable. We definitely can't wait to work with her again for our next vacation. Thanks Heather!

I contacted Heather when I became overwhelmed trying to plan a family vacation to Belize for myself and my 4 kids age ranges 10-15. Heather listened to all of my ideas my must haves my deal breakers things I was flexible on and planned the most amazing family vacation we have ever had. The hotels, the tours, recommendations … everything she planned was the best. Hotels were very nice, staff were so kind. Tour companies were so great! On time, wonderful people, best experiences. Our group has been getting together each year for the past 6 yrs . Thanks to the great job done by Heather everyone told me that I have set the bar really high for the next trip!! We had a huge hiccup as we driving down to the Ozarks. We were notified that one of the units being rented was flooded out . Heathers professionalism was was outstanding handling that situation . Calm cool and collect is how I would describe her reaction . By the time we arrived a new condo unit had been arranged with no problems or delays . Heather guided me through the process of using a travel agent seamlessly! She herself provided me with ideas for a variety of activities and attractions. The three different activities that we discussed and that I had were great and provided not only me but my mother and my roommate with a great time! Heather understood that I am a Disabled Veteran, Retired U. S. Army and I would need various equipment to assist me from point A to B and it made the various activities and attractions possible for me!
