Never used a travel agent before, as I used to plan my own stuff. Well, my time is too valuable now so I decided, why not? Solo trip to the Philippines and Indonesia with some island hopping. Found Nick and he said he can take care of everything from start to finish. I just had to show up. Yep! Flights, resorts, tours, and a detailed itinerary of places to check out, restaurants to eat, things to do, all done on a PDF for me. If you want ease and simplicity, just have Nick handle everything for you.
We wanted to spend some time away from the typical tourist locations. Nick set up drivers, guides, and hotels that were exactly as requested. At several of our hotels, we were the only Americans. We loved that. All drivers and guides were on time and very easy to connect with. A great trip.

Nick put together a great 2-week Australia trip for us. It included jumping crocodiles, rain forest hikes, swimming holes, koala photo ops, freely exploring a nature preserve with wombats and kangaroos, and cultural highlights like the Sydney opera house. We had a great time and felt the price was a good value.
We used Nick for a couple plane tickets to Taiwan. He was extremely quick at responding, and very knowledgeable. He was also able to speak mandarin Chinese, which was a huge help. Overall his service was incredible, and we will definitely use him again if the opportunity arises.

Nick did a great job on arranging my trip to Honolulu with my girlfriend to visit family and relax. He helped with booking the flight. We ended up using United because it was better cost and timing wise. He arranged for our accomodations at Hilton within walking distance of the beach and it even had a nice view. For entertainment, he arranged for us to be on the Waikiki Bus Tour around the island. It also doubled as a way to hop on and off at certain destinations. We wanted to go to a luau, so he arranged for us to spend a day at the Polynesian Cultural Center. It had all day activities and entertainment that culminated in a luau performance and dinner. It was quite a fun experience for us. Overall, he did a great job in putting this trip together. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a well assembled and memorable trip.
Nick was an EXCEPTIONALLY wonderful person to work with as I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend on this trip. Obviously, that meant everything had to go perfectly and Nick made sure of that. From booking our tickets and our stay all the way to a picture-perfect proposal location (Gates of Heaven!), everything he recommended and booked in between was great! Besides that, chatting with Nick is just a good time. Absolutely swell guy, honestly wouldn't mind grabbing a beer or two with him one day!
