From the moment I spoke to Tricia, I told her we were very strict on what we wanted to do to have family time that mattered. She took 24 hours to curate a itinerary that was exactly how I described on the phone. I could not have asked for a better vacation that our family will always cherish.
My husband and I have always wanted to explore Banff and thought it would be a great time for our 25th Anniversary. Not knowing the area and all the things to do we found Tricia to help us make sure we did this well. Tricia was very knowledgeable making sure we saw several different places and catered to the activities we liked such as canyoning and the Columbia Icefields. She was also able to make reservations to the popular spots like the Gondola and Sky Bistro so all we had to do was show up. She stayed in our budget and answered any questions we had along the way with a quick response. The itinerary was perfect enough where we had several planned things and then in-between hotel switches of checking out and checking in we would find several hikes which worked out perfect. Highly recommend using Tricia and would definitely call her again the next time we plan a big trip.
I reached out to Tricia randomly about 8 months in advance to start planning our vacation. Immiediately, Tricia took down all our information, what my ideas of adventure would look like, and explained what we could expect from her! She already had a few ideas of her own she suggested! Within days we had a preliminary schedule of fun activities, sight seeing, restaraunt reservations, and of course transportation! As the trip came closer, Tricia did all the planning for me! Scheduled, reserverd, planned. All my family and I had to do was show up! It was so easy! And while we were on vacation, she was still just a quick email away! Towards the end, we wanted to change our route home. Within 20 minutes she had our orginal transportation cancelled and refunded! She made our trip so easy and truly a relaxing, fun vacation!

We came to Tricia wanting to book a Canadian vacation but wasn't sure where to start. Tricia customized us 3 itineraries with one being on the Rocky Mountaineer going west to east. We decided to book the Rocky Mountaineer and could not have been more pleased with the result, which were all 1st class experiences. Tricia was available the entire time.
